Project Manager / Ocean Engineer
Theresa has 4 years experience in the structural analysis and design of waterfront facilities.  She has an understanding of the design and construction of docks, seawalls, bulkheads, launching facilities, revetments, dredge material management sites, stormwater management systems, and water control structures.  She is also experienced in Coastal Construction Control Line permitting as well as numerical flood zone modeling.  Her current responsibilities include the
coordination of federal, state, and local permitting; layout and design of waterfront developments; creation of construction project documents and plans; formation of opinions of probable cost; development of marina management plans; construction administration duties; and preparation of engineering reports.  Theresa assists with communication between the clients, contractors, and other consulting engineers regarding permitting, design, and construction details.  She is responsible for the critical design and review of structural and volumetric calculations.  Theresa is also responsible for tracking project budgets and schedules.
